Ever since I was a kid I could remember Mickey Mouse. I mean, who can forget him? He is everywhere!
My first trip to Walt Disney World, in Florida, was in 1976. The only park built back then was the Magic Kingdom and four
hotels. I only remember bits and pieces of the trip like being scared half to death in the Haunted Mansion. My mom wouldn't
tell me what we were going to see until we were in line so I cried a lot and didn't quit until the hitchhiking ghost sat in
the doombuggy with us. We stayed all day long and watched the Fantasy in the Sky fireworks until closing. Then I passed out
asleep.
It wasn't until many many years later that my mom, brother, sister and I all went in 1994. Ever since then we have made
it a family tradition to go every year. Sometimes twice. Each of us have our favorite rides, park, hotel(s), restaurants and
character(s).
In 1995, my brother, sister and I went to Anaheim, CA for the 40th Anniversary at Disneyland.
This park, I must say, is very different from WDW in FL. Although it is smaller, you get the feeling of nostalgia everywhere
and once inside, the smallness becomes gigantic! Personally, I found the rides here to be better eye candy than in FL. Especially
with the Indiana Jones Adventure ride since FL does not have it. That ride is a definate must see when visiting. Pirates of
the Caribbean, Small World and The Mad Tea Party are also better.
There are helpful links below to guide you to Disney, whichever one you choose, if ever you
should go.
Please remember to keep arms and hands inside the vehicle at all times and please, no flash
photography. Thank you and enjoy your ride!

You
are the Attic Bride! You are the type who just can't seem to let go of the past. True, you've been screwed over, but isn't
kickin' it in the attic in full Havisham mode a little much? Anyway, you like flowers and have a healthy heart rate. That's pretty cool.
 Space Mountain: A thrilling
rocket ride through the darkness of outer space! Futuristic and forward thinking, you have just enough 2001-esk elements
without escaping Walt Disney's utopian vision for a brighter tomorrow. You represent speed, stealthiness, and the promise
of technology, while your Dick Dale surf guitar riff of a soundtrack makes you retro and mysterious, without being
corny. Keep the lights low and avoid revealing too much, lest you ruin the show, you're only going 28 mph! Regardless
of speed, you prove that in the vacuum in space, you CAN hear people scream!
